Once your order is ready, we’ll send an email confirming all the details.

 

All orders placed are dispatched within 1-2 working days and are shipped with royal mail. First class options are shipped within 1 working day. Our office is closed over weekends and bank holidays, any orders placed during this time will be dispatched the next working day. During big launch/sale events dispatch times may take a little longer and we thank you for your patience during this time.

These fees are not collected or estimated by Country Moos at the time of purchase, as costs and regulations vary internationally.

Customers are advised to contact their local customs or postal authority prior to placing an order to obtain information regarding potential import charges and procedures. Should an order be refused or returned due to non-payment of customs fees or duties, the original shipping costs will be non-refundable.

International Returns

We do not cover the cost of returns from international customers. Buyers are welcome to return eligible items; however, all return shipping expenses, including any customs or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Country Moos cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

UK Returns 

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

  2. Exclusions: Certain items, such as sale and clearance are non-returnable unless faulty.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
