International Shipping

We recommend contacting your local customs or postal authority before placing an order to understand any potential charges or procedures. If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or duties, the original shipping costs will be non-refundable.

International Returns

We do not cover the cost of returns from international customers. Buyers are welcome to return eligible items; however, all return shipping expenses, including any customs or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Country Moos cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.


UK Returns 

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

  2. Exclusions: Certain items, such as sale and clearance are non-returnable unless faulty.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
